Ok the time has come that my 00 Escalade has to go....so now I am on the fence regarding what to get. I am either going with a 02-06 Escalade or 03-06 Navigator. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Any details or comparision would be nice....Which has more power? Better ride? Better braking?

Thanks in advance!

BTW what can I get for my 00 Escalade with 130K, Bose am/fm cd with factory changer in console, on star, billet grill, husky front, rear and cargo heavy duty floor mats, heated mirrors, etc, etc? Then the following has all been done within the last 8k: Complete tune up, brakes front and rear, radiator, belt, Bosch battery, Delphi fuel pump, K&N, Bridgestone Revo AT2's, idlers and pitman arm, 2 outer tie rod ends and every single component of the A/C system minus the front evaporator.

Also will include a bunch of misc accesory's including brand new wipers, Iridium spark plugs, fuel filter, pcv valve, SuperChips Flashpaq and whatever else I can find.

Truck is very reliable, I use it for work EVERYDAY and it never let me down. Ive had it for several years and before that it was owned by my mother for about 5+ years.

I meant asking about a Ford in a GM forum, not about the price silly. :)

Back in the day I rented a few Navis from those years, nothing wrong with them tbh, but the NBS trucks are so much prettier imho ... if I had to choose a truck from those years it'd be the 05 or 06 Denali. I think that was the best design of all on that body style.

I leased a pre-owned 99 back in 03 (I think) with 70K while my parents just got this 00 Escalade with about 20K. Let me tell you my Navi had more bawls, ten times better braking, smoother ride, more mpg, hugged the road (then again I had mine dropped a bit) and much more reliable. And that was the original body style.

I need to go drive each one and go from there.....

Been getting hazzed @ work for looking for "such an old truck" and "looking for a headache"....that's where my comment stemed from....

My wife's '11 navigator has been in the shop more than on the road all the while my gm vehicles have never been in the shop. I'll never buy a Lincoln again.
