Welcome to the forum. As has been said, you will find lots of help and great info here. Being a Raider's fan myself kind of puts you at a disadvantage if you ever get me to respond for help but I may overlook your poor choice of teams. Sometimes people just need to be educated.

Oh I'm sorry what was your team's 14-15 season stats? 3-13??? At least my team brought it up enough to win some!
