I don't think it's a mechanical issue within the engine itself. I think it has something to do outside of the engine physically, like low fuel pressure, bad O2 sensor(s), huge vac leak, etc. I just wish I wasn't 4 hours away from my truck so I could work on it.
Boss was cool enough to let me take his truck back home to Austin though, and Justin (black bear) was very helpful with his insight also.
BOSS... friday brotha. I'll be heading back up early Fri afternoon and might end up crashing at your place if we don't figure it out by Fri night.

The door is open...well not literally bc I keep the garage door closed now that I have radiant barrier and do a poor man's A/C into the garage by opening the kitchen doors. But if you want to swing by and check it all out just lemme know.
