Thanks yaw! I last changed in 2017 and remember going through hell. I look more forward to this job now. I ordered the 41-162 from autozone with $7 discount and a mail in rebate I know i'll be too lazy to fill out. Came out to $62 before rebate. I'll record the misfires after I replace hopefully tomorrow and if the amount is still high, I'll work on the plugs next. Wasted my money on a spark tester :(

Glad you went with a reputable source for the plugs... I learned my lesson with Ebay/Amazon plugs. Too easy to get fakes, that's why I went with Rock Auto last time... plus they were the only ones that carried the Ruthenium plugs I wanted to try.

Yea my first set was from amazon. Maybe that was the problem. Reputable seller though, 4 stars....but the few $ saved isnt worth the risk I'm learning.

It’s fine when you buy direct from Amazon, it’s when you buy from a third party seller that you need to watch out.

Once you enable the PIDs then you will want to go back out and go to Realtime Information and long press on a blank screen and Add Display then choose which type, I use the Digital Display then you scroll down, like you did before, until you see Misfire Cylinder (X) current or history and select the one you want to see. Do this for each cylinder.

Dang, you just made my Torque Pro much more useful. Thanks!
Is there a webpage that lays these tricks out?

Your welcome. I'm not sure to be honest, I just get in the app and start playing around checking out all the different menus until I stumble upon something useful... lol

I just got the idea that the other sensors probably work the same way. Long road trip coming up, I'll play with when it's my wife's turn to drive.

Any suggestions on what to look for in torque app to test starting issues? I have another car that has trouble starting after it has been driven a little until it cools down. Narrowed it down to an evap canister or injectors issue. It never turns over unless it sits and sometimes helps to remove gas cap for a little while.

Are you saying that the engine doesn't turn over (doesn't crank), or that it turns over but doesn't fire up (crank but no start)?
