Sounds like a better deal on paper since the other guy is only getting 12-15% off MRSP. How much was your 2015 suburban when you bought it?

Wow... that seems unusually decent. Not even $15k of deprecation? Pretty good cost of ownership. Sure some of that might be hiding in the new purchase price, but it seems like you got a pretty good deal.
Yeah I think it was sort of a balance of trade in vs sales price, could they have come off on there truck a little more? probably, but then I don't think they would of gave me the $43k for mine.

When Nov and Dec rolls around, does that 15-20% rule still apply? Would that inclusive of the current GM incentives or is it MSRP % + GM incentives? I am thinking of getting a 2017 Tahoe LT, hopefully with the signature package in the NJ area.

10/23 Bought a new 2017 Tahoe LT. It was a demo with 6k miles. Sticker was 56k. I paid 42k plus tax, tags and dealer fee.

Just got back from looking at a 2017 Premier 2wd Tahoe SWB. The price of the vehicle was $69,360. The dealership would not come down from their listed sales price of $62,746. Thats only about 10% off MSRP. The dealership was adamant that is the lowest they could go. Oh did I mention that it was a 2017 DEALER DEMO WITH 4800 MILES??
They did offer to put me in the same exact vehicle, a new 2017 or 2018 with 0 miles for the same price. I told them 10% off MSRP is not a good deal and that 20% should be easily obtained.
What do you guys think? For a 2017 or 2018 Tahoe Premier, a $69,360 vehicle, where is a reasonable expectation to be price wise?
