Hey, @randeez, did you ever ride a scooter down the embankment of an overpass, fall and split your forehead or eyebrow open?

not that i remember

wiper will be fine, tried to shave the lever that moves it at first still wasnt enough, thought about spacing the entire wiper rack out with some washers but, wouldnt give me much, move just the passenger side mount up about 3/8' and it should work just fine, be a little offcenter of the cowl cover but i dont think 99.9% of people will notice

You're a different south Florida Randy, then. The guy I'm thinking of had a son and daughter- Randall and I don't remember the daughter's name. Never thought about it until now so had to ask.

Going to have to order different fitting for the rear water inlet, orb to an fitting and the the hose end 90 runs into the heater core stubs, even tried to put the fitting on the intake first and still way too tight. Do need to use a fitting that goes from hose right to the orb threads, soo a couple more $50 fittings to try out :banghead:

i was a little over ambitious with getting this done lol, was hoping to be able to button it back up and atleast have it driving buy the end of the weekend.
need to order and install the back water fittings before putting the manifold in place for the last time. that'll give me time to finish boxing in the cowl where i cut out. im just going to end up putting a few tack welds on and then seam sealing the hell out of it.
for the "charge pipe" i think i have enough silicone fittings to atleast make something work to get it over to my buddy shop to make charge pipe out of aluminum with a blow off valve on it, same guy guy thats taking forever to do water box. going to need him to vac down ac system to install chiller and then recharge system. so i dunno if takes long enough i'll just be ready to do all of it i guess
