Now that you have it out, is it the same size as the rear seat?
I’m just curious...

FYI Chase, they don’t do the side cutouts because not all switch panels are the same, depending on options. So some need a big ol hole and some a smaller cutout. And yes, afaik you need to pull the seat to replace the cover guys, that’s how all the videos show and I know that when I did mine it was hard enough doing it out of the truck- I couldn’t imagine trying to do it with the seat installed.

I did the drivers side bottom with the seat in the truck. It was a pain in the ass. Way easier to do it with the seat out of the truck to be able to access the bottoms side and take the seat pan off the frame. That way you have access to all the wires and pigtails to disconnect and full access to get the rubber seating on the cushion all the way back in when putting the cover on. @Rocket Man , the fact that all the seats are different and they dont put a cut out in already For that reason still doesn’t make it any less irritating that I have to cut up brand new beautiful leather.

It does appear to be the same size and shape. However the bottoms of my mid row bucket seats are completely different than the fronts. The Mid row buckets have a full carpet like bottom and it’s all sown together as one piece.

Did you post a link for those covers ? And how as your foam ? Feel like mine is worn out
I’ll post it but I know the seller on eBay was autoseatreplacement.com. Foam on the passenger seat was good. I replaced the foam on my drivers seat when I did the last cover a couple years back. So that’s still good on my drivers seat for this time around.
