I want to get different shocks for my hoe i have a 6'' lift and a 3'' body lift. Can anyone tell me if they have to go by length or should i just take mine off and take them to see if they are the same length. thanks guys

Can you read a Manufacture name, and possibly a Model # on the shocks themselves? You might be able to cross reference them that way.
If not, measuring them when uninstalled might be your next option, but I think theres a decent amt. of shocks avail for our trucks with lifts. So you might be able to just review sum, and narrow in on ones you want.

Whoever had my truck b4 me put Bilstein's HD's with the lift setup it has. Truck rides/handles damn good for a big lifted animal.

It never hurts to measure them compressed and extended and cross refference that

I bought Bilstiens to replace my cepek shocks on the tahoe. I had to measure because the first set was way too short.

How do I buy shocks that are an inch longer (Do I measure mine)? and are monroe shocks a good/decent brand?
