SQUEEKING SOUND WHEN TRUCK BOUNCES ? BAD SHOCKS?

Im assuming my suspension is on its way out but wanted to confirm. When I stand on side of car and try to move it up and down, it makes a squeeking sound like something is rubbing. Car has 163k miles and I'm not sure if shocks were ever changed with prior owner. Anything I should look for?

take a can of wd-40 soak a particular suspension part and bounce it. keep going until something you spray stops the squeek. then replace that part. could be the shocks or could be a bushing.
