I didn't see anything crazy that said ***DANGER TO MANIFOLD***. Looked to be well within +-5% on the ST. I mean that would tell me it's not the greatest tuned thing in the whole world but I don't think 5% is that crazy. Typically when logging with a wideband I shoot for 3% when in open loop.

It sounds like it breaks up when I'm accelerating on the highway. Like a popping. Something definitely isn't right. I'm going to try to do the relearn tomorrow. I just put some 93 octane in it.

Have you pulled any plugs yet? I know the back ones suck but pull a couple of the easy to get to plugs and see what they look like.

Ok. I haven't really put many miles on it. Probably 50 or less.
Idling. It sounds fine. No popping.
I revved it in park and it sounds fine also. No unusual noises or sounds.
