This pos truck!! It was easier to get the old one out then the new one in. I must've chased those threads in the bung 20 times. Each time it was fine, until I tried getting in the new O2. That ***** would not go in. Almost like the threads were stripped. I even brought back the old one because the threads looked rounded. I tried to thread the 2nd one in--same shit. I just don't understand. The 2nd one seemed like it was going in--started to snug and seemed like it was getting tight--there were still a few more threads to go--got really snug then it got totally loose and popped out in my hand. This happened like 10 times. Finally i got it snugged enough that I just left it alone. There's still some threads hanging out.20210129_184224.jpg I don't really know what to do. I know it's going to pop out of the bung if I drive it. I tried wiggling it and it's not moving at all, but if I would've kept tightening it, it would've popped out in my hand again. I was under that truck all day. I'm literally shivering my ass off. I guess Monday I'll call that mechanic and get it done correctly.
