Ahhh good point guys. I was not thinking that through haha. I have some braje clean ill check that out thanks guys

I used to use incense sticks to find vacuum leaks in plumbing, never tried it on a motor vacuum issue. I’ve used starter fluid on motors, never tried brake fluid. Just have to be extremely careful since it’s so flammable.

I used brake cleaner not fluid

If I had incense I'd try that. Lol. I'll try about anything to get this pos running right.

I'm almost to the point where I want to get something else. I haven't gone more than 2 weeks at a time without a CEL in the 2+ years I've owned this truck

Did the numbers ever change? What if you blip the throttle, put it in gear to idle it down, etc.?

I just borrowed it from Advance Auto. I did blip the throttle and slowly applied the gas and there was no change.

I bought a new K&N filter to replace the old dirty and dented Specter filter and cleared the code. Its not raining anymore so I'm going to try another test on the maf if it comes out bad ill swap it out with a replacement.
