    Thanks man. I like the style of the wheels, but the finish leaves alot to be desired. I plan to plasti-dip them when the weather breaks and I decide on which color to go with. I can't decide between black or the anthracite grey.

    I really don't think that would make a difference. I have heard trucks with less than 30k on them with no mods doing it.

    The clunk you may be getting is from a 3-2 downshift torque reversal. GM claims it is a normal condition. Its covered under TSB number 01-07-30-042h. The clunk here was very common with the NBS after you came to a stop and started moving again. The slip yoke was sticking and causing a clunk...

    I called the dealership I usually work with today to see if there was a OE nickle plated yoke for the 08. He says there is no listing, but I also didn't have a VIN to work with. Of course he was being an ass today and I was reciprocating the attitude.
