You could probably just get a piece of 3" pipe from autozone or whatever and clamp on there and get a nice tip

y'all are over thinking this. He will not get any exhaust fumes inside the vehicle with how it's cut now. Adding tips and all that will just take away from how clean it looks now IMO I vote leave it as is :waytogo:

No I mean add an extension to route it more towards the outside, but still keep it hidden. Probably won't get in the cab , but a possibility is still there.
