GM sells a lot more Chevy Cruze and Malibus than they do Yukons or Escalades.
Although these overpriced road tanks are great profit makers, they sell very few compared to the models I mentioned.

You right about but they make the value of 2 cruze in one Denali or escalade.

I would bet that they sell 50X more Cruze and 50X more Malibu to a single Denali.

The big profit makers are high volume sellers. Couple that with high volume high profit pick up trucks, and you can see why the only advertisements you see on TV revolve around the cash cow, Silverado/Sierra.

When it comes to trucks, IMO, GM can not hold a candle to a Ford. I have had both concurrently for years. The new F-150 will be a game changer and a huge profit maker.

I'm sorry and I don't want to derail this thread, but the 2015 F150 looks like a Tundra with Down syndrome. And a turbo V6? Good luck with that...

Do you mean the Ecoboost V6 that has been around since 2009?

I can tell you that the turbo is excessively noisy on those IMO. Had one for a short bit and it was rather annoying.

The Eco Boost has been exceptionally reliable. I've never owned one, but I wouldn't be afraid to buy one. I think you will see much more of that design from all automakers in the future.

I LOVE the new F-150.
Everyone has a different view.
I think my Silverado is the most embarrassing truck to drive that I have ever owned. The new one is simply a box with wheels.
I buy them for winter trucks because when GM gets in trouble with inventory, they rebate them hard core.

Different strokes for different folks.
