I don't think that chunk missing would've done any harm. But, I also RTV my seals into position.

yea i know...also in the back of my mind is as easily as it chipped off, not being "complete" it could continue to chip with some vibration and whatnot. not worth it imo
yes the 2 bolt holes on the very bottom, tensioner won't include the bolts so you will have to source 2 bolts they should be 13 or 15mm, probably 13

Perfect, ordered along with the belt for same truck.
did you order one for a 07/08 or earlier? a stretch belt wont fit with the tensioner

Hello old friend...
Waiting on new front cover...wasn't really gonna mess with this atm but figured I'd do something. Opens back up quite a bit of radiator/condenser face. Not too worried about heat from it in front of intercooler
