I like this! I was on board for @pwtr02ss's idea with an L-bracket, but have it bolted to the underside to both strut mount bolts and have the short leg of the "L" come up tight against the control arm and also be angled to follow the arm and have the strap bolt to that. But, this, with the eye bolt also acting as a strut mount bolt, combines two functions and is genius.

For now, I agree with running it and checking it after each pass. Don't forget to post them time slips!

made a little more boost than usual with the lower temps... absolute pressure, 37psi-14.6~ about 23 psi

still shorted the 1>2 shift, injectors not to happy 96% idc, fuel pressure looked good the whole run, oil pressure good, couple little hints of spark knock. the largest peak is only 1* it usually shows a little knock around peak torque that i need to go back in and pull some out ive just never ran it that hard and seen it that high in the rpm.

guy double bulbed me so i didnt get to build much boost, waited about a second after the green just to try and get boost up - still playing with the 2step,transbrake to find sweet spot for cutting a light. i need to set the 2step high to be able to build a decent amount of boost between the time i stage and the 3 bulbs drop, but if i hang out there to long its builds way too much and heats the trans fluid up. would be nice to leave it at like 3700rpm but it needs like 1 more second to get boost where i want to leave on. its set at 4100rpm i think.

1st run, no straps just to get a true conditions back to back, staging and everything went how i wanted it too but it blew tires off at the launch and spun on an actual 1>2 shift @ 6800rpm. 60' was about the same high 1.69 i think, 10.7@134 or something like that.

2nd run put the straps on, not real tight, i think putting a little tension on them would have been better. 60' pretty much the same, but picked up .3 to the 1/8 mile, this is why i wanted to see back to back. mph was a little better but looking at log boost starts to drop off at the top of 2nd and way up in the top of 3rd (purple line 2nd row).

a ton of people showed up for the cold weather, only ran twice. got there at about 5:45 didnt run till almost 7:30. next run was nearly 9. i wasnt up for waiting for a third.
