Viscous coupler only engages the teeth on the planetary less than 1/4" this is where the sloppy output shaft is a problem...I think it was separating apart and jumping. You can see the end of the teeth are shinny like it was moving back and forth

The output shaft basically just fell into the old case and the retaining ring holds it in place. The groove was so warn that I tried to put two retaining rings in it to take up some of the slack on the old case. Probably had to tell difference in these pics but she much tighter with the newcase
New case I was to beat the input shaft / bearing down in place and its very tight

Chain does still feel sloppy though, I think im going to order new one and gears at this point.

Jeezus just don’t cut those fingernails any closer
i used to bite the hell out of them...the only way i could stop was by like keeping them neatly cut and filed and burr free...that thumb is the casualty so i dont bite the rest lately lol.

when working on shit if something snags one, if idont stop what im doing nd clean it up itll be gone from me biting it down

Lmao. I just looked at mine and noticed I pretty much do the same except the biting part.
