I took the fuse out and then put it back i, turned it over on accessory a few times and it stopped doing it, the lights would shut off when I opened the door. And then I turned the car all the way on, and drove home and it did it again when I shut the car off. So that tells me it only stops doing it when I take the fuse out and put it back in and then don’t start the car.

I truly believe, I take that back. I truly am guessing that if you find the fuse/relay box that controls all these, I bet it is the same box, and remove all fuses and relays and inspect and clean as needed and remove the box from it's mount and inspect/clean the back, you can repair your problem. Different items are getting power when not needed and vice versa.

I had a Chevy pickup once that would not allow engine to shut off unless you turned off headlights. The back of fuse box was cruddy and like crud on top of a battery, was allowing voltage to travel.
