Unplug the radio and put fuse in to see if it still sparks.

Also have the radio on when running, turn car off and open your door. Does the music turn off?

I am thinking it's the radio.

Ya the radio turns off. Radio works fine as it should just the accent lighting issue. It won’t turn off with the car all the other lighting does…. Do you think that isolates my issue?

I noticed the USB charger in the center consul that also serves as media connected to the radio was bugging out too: When I would turn the car off, the accent lighting would stay on on the radio like shown below. But if I pressed the eject button for example it would turn on and show me the time, charge my phone for a split second and show the time for a split second as it try’s to eject a disc and then it would shut off, Except for the accent lighting. I hope that makes sense. I think the media port/usb charger deal in the center console is connected to the same radio fuse and I think connected to the radio bc it won’t charge my phone if I take out the radio fuse.

I’m either thinking it’s the fuse or wire harness. I’m wondering why the radio would turn on when I press the eject button while the cars off and show the time and try to eject a disc now too. Along side the lighting issue shown below

Like right now for example I’m at work and the cars off but the radio accent lighting is on still. Not drawing any power. Don’t think I ever let it sit long enough to die.

You said, "Not drawing power" but if it has lights on, it IS drawing power. May be a small amount but is drawing power. The spark at the fuse can sometimes mean a short but will also be that something powerful enough, like a radio, is on and will spark, just like attaching a positive battery cable end. I now think that from what I see in pics, the radio face is tilted up and I think water was raining/dripping directly in to it and was actually holding a puddle of water at the back bottom of it when you powered up. If was flat, there would be no puddle, so to speak, and would dissipate across the whole bottom of the radio instead of gathering just at the back.

If it was the signal to power the radio on..
The radio actually is connected to battery power, it always has power.
(From what I gather, you need a network signal to power these radio's on, won't turn on by itself connected to battery!)

So say the network signal was not turning it off, leaving it powered on, the radio should operate normally.
Radio quits playing music when you key out/open door, so you know it's getting the signal to shut off.

The spark you are getting is probably the radio drawing power for the illumination/usb where there maybe a short inside the radio...
or perhaps a chip got zapped which messed with the programming causing your lights to stay on.

Not sure what harness issue could make your radio try and eject a CD..

So that's why I think it's your radio.
