What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Got the new wheel bearings on. Now, on to the next problem.

I have a rotational-based noise from the drivers front wheel well area. It was making the noise before changing bearings. It sounds like a plastic clicking noise which increases in frequency with vehicle speed. I don't see any obvious culprit.

Any suggestions as to what it might be ?

Also, how do I post a video/sound of this noise to help the forum in helping me to diagnose this ?

Finally got around to replacing my drivers side wheel bearing. Wasn't making any noise or sloppy but figured it was time. Nearly 200k miles now.

I always get a couple people crying about paint on the rotors. It's gone after break in.
Yes my wheels are dirty... it's a kid hauler not a show truck. I'm lucky if it gets the softball field dust rinsed off of it twice a month lol.

could be a bad front axle, or the dust shield is rubbing the rotor maybe. ive had that happen to my car before.

CV joints typically make a clicking when worn. Worse when turning? Any difference with 4WD engaged?

While I was troubleshooting this, I removed the driveaxle on that side and went for a testdrive - the noise was still there.
I did notice a rip in the upper balljoint boot and a lack of grease inside.
I began removing the upper control arm but, of course, the balljoint stud decided it wanted to spin. Now I have to sawzall it off. I couldn't even get a visegrip to stop the spinning.
