Now onto the rear hatch leaking. That has a pain in the butt.

I had to do mine not that long ago, they've made a few revisions to the parts numbers, and you might want to replace the strip above the main seal too

Put the second set of spark plugs and wires in the truck for its 270,000 miles
Replaced the 2 lower O2 sensors got rid of my service engine light.
Oil change.
Replaced the 2nd set of ball joints on the truck(well 3rd if you count when I put the lowered control arms on)
Located the small leak in the exhaust
Fuel filter, had 120,000 miles on that.
Cleaned the K&N air cleaner.

Drove it 289 to Orlando, got 15.9 miles per gallon. A small improvement, cruising at 88 mph and really windy.

Seat of the pants it is peppy now. Got rid of rough idle and stutter it had developed.

I have a company vehicle and the wife has been driving the Tahoe. She has told me about the symptoms but as usual busy and did not think it was much of an issue. Well glad I jumped on it.

Now onto the rear hatch leaking. That has a pain in the butt.

Interested in your fix of the rear hatch leaking...

I replaced every rubber on the truck for upper hatch and bottom drop down door.

Still leaks on the passenger side starting half way down the side rubber then a water fall stream affect through the split. Will try making a post on what I try to fix. Its 41 degrees outside and way to cold to be using a water hose to find a leak.
