Done what? The output shaft seal?Changed the oil and filter noticed a slight leak from front differential out put shaft-anyone done this already simple?

I’ve only done rear axle bearings and seals. Pretty sure the front isn’t much harder but hopefully somebody else here has done one.Yes out put shaft seal simple or not just asking.

Not axle seal output shaft or should i say pinion seal on front diff.Looks like the only important thing to do is tighten it back exactly the way it was.After you make sure bearings are not loose and shaft is not worn badly.I will get this done soon.Gotta find a newton meter torque wrench.I cant believe with how popular these vehicles are their is not one video on you tube about how to replace the front diff pinion seal in car.Which side?
A subscription to alldatadiy provides you with the shop manuals in digital form. The procedure is outlined there.
